Medical reasons or conditions used for withdrawal evaluations must be documented by a medical professional. The documentation must also receive final approval by Sheridan College.
The application for a medical withdrawal must be received by Sheridan College within 5 days from the occurrence of the medical condition that prevents you from finishing the course. You must also state that it has not been possible for you to go to work in the claim period, and be prepared to submit verification documentation to that effect, if considered necessary.
