Akshit Akshit

Akshit Akshit is a visionary student at Sheridan, studying in the Software Development advanced diploma program. He began his Sheridan journey in 2021 as an international student, and is leaving an indelible mark on campus life. Akshit’s helping nature and belief in the importance of the student voice, combined with a profound love for progress and a passion for leading by example, led him to his role of Student Governor. Akshit champions the voices of his fellow students, with a focus on fostering a vibrant and inclusive college community.

Now in his third year at Sheridan, Akshit has become a source of inspiration and progress to his classmates, supporting and guiding them academically. He enjoys his involvement with Sheridan’s sustainability initiatives, such as tree planting and social events. With a keen interest in technology and a commitment to personal growth, Akshit envisions a future where he can harness his coding skills to create meaningful solutions while inspiring fellow students to excel and make a lasting impact.
