Brian Pham is a Professor in the School of Applied Computing where he spends most of his day teaching, coaching, mentoring, and helping his students prepare for a rewarding and successful career in software and IT.  Prior to joining Sheridan, he worked as a consultant in the software industry where he learned a thing or two about the art of designing and growing large enterprise software.

When not spending time with his students, Brian can be found helping his colleagues and Sheridan associates in various projects, such as updating the School’s course curricula and designing a new bachelor’s program in Data Analytics. He also conducts and advises graduate research in the School of Computer Science at the University of Guelph, where he works as an Adjunct Professor.

Brian lives in Brampton with his wife and son, and is a novice woodworker.
