Forging the future: Sheridan’s bold vision to navigate change and cultivate resilience

Sheridan is proud to announce the launch of its new strategic plan, Galvanizing Education, a decisive response to the shifting dynamics of the post-secondary sector. Crafted to foster resilience and adaptability, the plan sets a bold vision for the college over the next three years, underpinned by the insights of over 1,600 voices from our community, including students, faculty, staff and external partners.

It focuses on three key priorities that emerged from extensive community consultations: Trailblazing Education, Organizational Excellence and Sustainable Growth. These priorities reflect Sheridan’s commitment to not only meet the current needs of our students and community but to lead by example in the post-secondary sector.

Key to the plan’s implementation is a rigorous metrics and measurement process tied to each priority area, ensuring accountability and transparency in our progress. Sheridan is committed to regular updates to our community, demonstrating our advancements and the tangible impacts of our collective efforts.
