Robert Poulton

Robert Poulton is the Vice President, Global Creative Director for CNBC. Before joining CNBC, Robert served in the role of Vice President, Marketing and Branding for the NBC owned stations in Boston. These stations include NBC10 Boston, NBC Sports Boston, Telemundo Boston and NECN (New England Cable Network)

Prior to joining NBC, Robert was head of design for the award-winning CNN Creative Marketing group in Atlanta. Where he was responsible for brand and promotion design across all CNN platforms. Along with developing the look for programming and events like CNN’s coverage of politics, Robert was also integral to the launch of shows and initiatives like the CNN Films franchise, Anderson Cooper 360°, Anthony Bordain’s Parts Unknown and many others.

During his career, Robert has been recognized throughout the creative industry and received numerous industry accolades. Notably, National Emmy awards, Broadcasting and Cable Campaigns of Distinction and numerous design, promotion and marketing awards.

Robert Began his broadcast career in Toronto, Canada working for Global Television and is a proud graduate of Seneca College and Sheridan College School of Art and Design. Robert is an associate board member of PromaxBDA.
