Ahmad Akhtari Tuli has been teaching full-time in Interior Design program since 2007. Before teaching at Sheridan, she worked for established Interior Design and Architecture firms in Atlanta, Phoenix, and Minneapolis. Her projects included high-end residential design, healthcare, and facilities planning. She also taught at Arizona State University as a Teaching Assistant from 2005-2007. She was awarded the Full Fellowship Award at Arizona State University in 2005 and graduated with Summa Cum Laude from Minnesota State University (2004).
Teaching Interests
- Interior Design Studio, Manual Drafting, Drawing, Colour, and Materials, and Lighting.
Research Interests
- Ahmad is passionate about research projects. Her thesis research project focused on Lighting for the built environment.
