Meredith K Scott

Meredith Scott is currently the Program Coordinator and Professor of Voice and Acting for the Theatre and Drama Studies program. Meredith has been a voice coach, director and theatre educator for over fifteen years; working with schools and theatre companies in Ontario, Nova Scotia and Alberta. Her professional coaching credits include the Grand Theatre, Citadel Theatre and The Musical Stage Company. Her Theatre and Drama Studies directing credits include 1917: The Halifax Explosion, The Massey Murderand The Glove Thief. Meredith has also taught at the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts, the University of Alberta and was the Director of the Foote Theatre School at the Citadel Theatre for two years. She is a proud graduate of the Theatre and Drama Studies program, holding a diploma from Sheridan College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto; in addition to a Master of Arts in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
