Tarek El Salti’s professional background allows him to bring a wealth of networking expertise to the classroom. Tarek worked as a network administrator at the Applied Science University in Jordan. From there, Tarek shifted his networking knowledge to Concordia where he researched and developed computer networks specializing in wireless sensor networks.
Tarek moved to the University of Guelph in 2007 where he continued his research and development of 3-D wireless sensor networks. While at Guelph, he completed his PhD and pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in Information Privacy.
Tarek joined Sheridan’s Faculty of Applied Science and Technology in July 2013.
