After completing his MEd in Adult Education, Edward moved into the business world as a part-time business consultant and then obtained Organizational Development and Learning & Development roles for the Toronto Transit Commission, Canadian Tire, the Ministry of the Environment, ZENON Environmental, General Electric (GE) and Rexall-Pharma Plus drug stores. His positions have ranged from Manager, Lead Curriculum Developer, Director, and Global Learning Leader (VP) within the Human Resources and Business Operations functions.

Edward completed his PhD in Education with a specialization in Organizational Learning, where he developed and validated a competency-based teaching and learning model dedicated to Trainers, HR professionals, Subject-Matter-Experts and College Instructors. The focus of his research was to bridge the education world with the business world by examining how businesses can and should use Knowledge Management to their competitive advantage. He has taught at Centennial College, Humber College, OISE UofT and the Schulich School of Business over the past 23 years. He is currently working on publishing his first book related Organizational Development and Strategic interested in re-developing new courses and finding ways to make existing course content continuously relevant so students can experience relevant business knowledge.
