Program-specific admission requirements
Admission requirements may vary depending on your program of interest. Please find your program page and make sure you meet the academic and supplemental specific requirements outlined there.
General admission requirements
Applicants may be admitted to Sheridan if they have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with senior-level credits achieved as per specific program requirements. Applicants require a Grade 12 English (ENG4C or ENG4U or equivalent) and any additional required courses for their program choice. Workplace E level courses are not accepted. Senior-level credits refer to credits earned at Grade 11 and 12 and OAC levels. Grade differentials are not used.
Ontario high school Grade 12 marks (including first semester mid-term marks) are used in the admissions decision process. Grade 11 final marks may be used in the admissions process if a student is enrolled in required courses in Grade 12. Offers of admission may be conditional pending the completion of all required courses on or before the due date as posted on the applicant’s offer letter, due approximately one month before the first day of classes.
