Randy’s career has led him to the executive level of large corporations across Canada. In 2016, he was appointed the President of Andrew Peller Limited, a premium producer and marketer of premium brands including Peller Estates, Thirty Bench Wine Makers, Trius Winery and Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery & Distillery. Randy joined Peller after spending eight years as the President and CEO of Armstrong Group — the Vancouver-based owner and operator of the award-winning Rocky Mountaineer luxury train experience.

Randy has over 30 years of extensive leadership in consumer product and service businesses. At the age of 31, he became a Vice President at Campbell Soup Company. In 1997, he was recognized with the prestigious Financial Post Top 40 Under 40 Award. He later spent seven years as President of two divisions of Maple Leaf Foods, growing the company to approximately $2.5 billion in annual revenue, 8,000 workers, 16 plants and sales in 36 countries. Prior to that, Randy held the positions of President and CEO of Second Cup Coffee Company and President of S.C. Johnson and Sons, Canada. He also holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University.
