Michelle Bell is director of coaching operations for the Philadelphia 76ers after working with the Toronto Raptors in 2022–2023 as the Wayne & Theresa Embry Fellow. An athletic therapist by training, Michelle worked for Toronto Metropolitan University and with Canada Basketball where she supported national teams and international events. Michelle was also lead athletic therapist for Ontario Basketball. In 2022, she was event liaison at the NBA Academy Games for high-school girls and founded the Soul2Sole Women in Sport community event in 2023. She also founded Sport Exodus, an online resource to help student athletes adjust to life after sport.
