About the event:
Pride Reads at Sheridan is a reading series created by Dr. Peter Grevstad from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHASS).
In this series, we feature the voices and literary expressions of diverse Canadian writers who have published books with Queer themes, topics, and discourses. The intention is to bring Queer Presence to Sheridan and the student and local communities.
Pride Reads will feature Canadian Literature and engage both authors and the community in readings and discussions surrounding LGBTQ+ lived experiences in everyday life in Canada.
