Charmaine Hammond, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional), is a highly regarded speaker, author, and trainer specializing in trust, conflict resolution, and collaboration. A 1985 Sheridan Correctional Work Studies graduate, she has worked with corporations, governments, and organizations worldwide to address workplace challenges and build resilient teams. With over 25 years of experience, a Master’s in Conflict Management, and five books to her name, Charmaine brings expert insight to every stage of conflict resolution. In 2021, Charmaine produced the award-winning animated film Back Home Again about the Fort McMurray wildfires, featuring a star-studded cast, to spark conversations about mental health.
