Bio:
David Quesnelle (aka DQ) has been a Professor at Sheridan since 2000. A Graduate of Sheridan’s classical animation program in 1986.
David has worked for Nelvana on productions such as Ewoks, Carebears 2, Carebear series, My Pet Monster, Babar, Beetlejuice, and Dog City.
Worked for Sullivan Bluth studios in Ireland on All dogs go to Heaven and Land before time.
Produced, Created and Directed on computer games such as BrainDead 13 for Readysoft gaming studios.
As a Senior Animator for Walt Disney Animation Canada worked on productions of Beauty and the Beast – Belle’s Enchanted Christmas, Little Mermaid II, Pocahontas 2: Journey to the New World and the Feature Peter Pan II: Return to Neverland, Mickey’s Christmas special and sequences on Disney’s Mouse Works show, amongst many more.
As a Professor in the Classical Animation program and Professor in the BA animation program, David is an animation content expert and curriculum developer. David has taught and mentored in China, consults, volunteers at high schools and Artist communities.
